Prevent Aging and Sickness! Detox Your Body of Heavy Metals and Other Impurities Easily

Do you love sushi? Do you eat fish regularly? Do you live in a city? Do you spend time near smokers? Do you eat out at restaurants?   Do you buy food that is not organic? Do you use regular deodorants and non-organic beauty care products? Do you use chemical cleaning products? Do you drink tap water? Do you bathe or shower in non-filtered water?

If your answer to any of the above questions is yes – you are at risk for some level of heavy metal or other free radical or polluting contamination. Once your body is ‘infected’ by these pollutants – whether they be mercury, aluminum, lead, fertilizers, carbon monoxide, cadmium, parabens, ammonia (etc.) – they build up. And then? They start interrupting all your systems – hormonal, metabolic, cellular, digestive, immune you name it.   This spells: aging, sickness and weight gain.

So besides being as vigilant as possible – what else can you do? If you are not taking any serious medications (ask your doctor if you are) – invest in Zeolite. I take a huge spoonful of Zeolite in a glass of water every ten days.   Because it is highly absorbent, I do not take vitamins that day.  I have read testimonials by people who take it more often but I believe the body works well on its own if supported by a healthy lifestyle.  You know your risk factors and habits better than I.

But what is Zeolite?

Use Brazil Nuts to Get a Brazilian Butt, Goddess-like Skin (and a better Sperm Count!)

All right – who is tired of hearing about the perfection of the Brazilian butt?  Superbly showcased on a little Y shaped stage (la thong) the Brazilian bottom is an invitation to both men and women to nestle in warm, pillowly plumpness.  But such buttocks are not always achieved by nature alone.  They are oft aided by a professional sculptor (better known as a plastic surgeon).  So what the Hell do Brazil nuts have to do with Brazilian butts you demand impatiently?

In a nutshell (heheheh), Brazil nuts contains a number of minerals which build connective tissue and muscle (essential to firm butts).  They also have a huge amount of selenium which does wonders for the skin. Continue reading

Another GOOD Hormone and How to Produce More Naturally

Many women are not aware that we produce the ‘male’ hormone testosterone and how important it is to our overall health – sexual, reproductive and otherwise.  If levels fall, we can age more rapidly and our bodies become weaker.

Testosterone is the principal anabolic and sex hormone in humans, responsible for sexual desire and function, muscular hypertrophy, densification of bones, and hair growth. Compared to females, males famously produce about ten times the amount of testosterone, but females are far more sensitive to its effects. Though testosterone is largely responsible for those traits and characteristics that are considered “masculine” – physical strength, body hair, dominance, and virility – both sexes require it for proper sexual and physical development. In mammals, males secrete it primarily from the testicles (about 95% of the total amount, in fact) and women secrete it from the ovaries. A modicum is produced in the adrenal glands in both sexes.

To increase testosterone naturally: Continue reading

Oregano – A Miracle Herb for Anti-Aging and Better Immunity

Sure we all see those little green flakes in our tomato sauce and think – OK the chef didn’t forget to shake some oregano in there. But sadly, the average person does not give too much attention to this small but powerful herb. Europe made the same mistake with Napoleon many years ago…

Oregano is known as “delight of the mountains” in Greek and is renowned for its medicinal and nutritional properties. But besides wanting to swallow some ‘mountain delight’, why is oregano important for anti-aging and immunity? Continue reading

10 Things You MUST Know About Melatonin – A Good Hormone – and Critical to Anti-Aging

Ah sleep.  It eludes me – often.  From late night party hang-overs and early am work to the late night dinner or even later chirps from the baby’s room – I never get enough.  I used to pop a xanex and conk out but since turning unemployed, hippie, homemaker my life (and my ‘prescriptive connections’) have changed.

Studies as cited in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute have shown that if you don’t have enough melatonin, a woman’s chance of getting breast cancer or a man’s chance of getting prostate cancer increase significantly. They have also found that melatonin is the number one anti-cancer hormone produced in the body and acts as a powerful antioxidant.

But what is melatonin and why is it so important to anti-aging? Continue reading
